At Eat5.uk, we are committed to delivering your healthy food items in a fast, safe, and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy below:

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across most locations within the United Kingdom. If your postcode is outside our service area, we will notify you immediately after order placement.

2. Dispatch Time

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next working day

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days

  • You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order is dispatched

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders over £10

  • A flat delivery fee of £3.49 applies for orders below £10

5. Packaging

All products are packed securely and hygienically to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.

6. Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays can occur due to weather, courier issues, or high seasonal demand. We will keep you informed if there is any unexpected delay.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is missed due to incorrect address or no one available to receive the parcel:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery or leave a collection card

  • Redelivery charges may apply for failed or returned deliveries
